- Strictly no partying allowed. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbours

- Keep noise levels low after 22:00

- No drugs and no Illegal activities allowed

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No durians (Fruit)

- No damage to the property or its contents

- Damage charges are an additional MYR 500 for cleaning

- Access to swimming pool and fitness centre facilities are chargeable at MYR 100 per person
